Dan did a great job designing plans for a single storey kitchen extension and downstairs WC. He knows what he’s talking about, explains everything in detail and takes the time to do a thorough job. He also deals with associated issues such as planning permission forms and contacting structural engineers which is really helpful. Would definitely recommend!

After years of wanting to renovate our home we couldn’t decide what would be the best option. We knew roughly what we wanted to gain from the changes but that was it.
I contacted Dan and he came out to see us and was honest from the start about timescales and seemed very genuine and down to earth and this is why he was worth the wait!
Contact has been fab, answering our silly questions, giving us several options for our plans considering cost and ideas we didn’t even think possible. (Even putting up with our dog who just wanted to play every time he’s been round)

Danuel is really knowledgeable about his work and gives some fantastic ideas too of what to do with your plans and space around the house. Also, he explains every step and every detail thoroughly and is really approachable so if there’s anything g you don’t understand he has the patience to explain everything more clearly

We knew that our layout wasn’t working for us but did not know what was possible or what the cost would be.
Dan worked with us to understand how we need/want to utilise the space. He did a number of different options.
Having decided on one we can now meet with builders and get quotes. Once we are definitely going ahead, Dan will work with us to obtain planning permission.
